MORG: Sparebanken Møre contemplating issuance of Green Senior Non-Preferred NOK bonds

Sparebanken Møre (Issuer rating A1 by Moody's) has mandated Danske Bank and
SpareBank 1 Markets as Joint Lead Managers for potential issuance of Senior
Non-Preferred bonds.
In line with the bank's strategy for corporate social responsibility,
Sparebanken Møre has prepared a framework for issuing green bonds.
