Sparebanken Vest has today issued NOK 1.000 million in a senior preferred bond
(ISIN NO0013095653). The issue has a tenor of 4.25 years and a coupon rate of 3
month NIBOR +0,85% p.a.
DNB Markets and SEB acted as Joint Lead Managers for the transaction.
