\SpectrumOne publishes Annual Report 2025 with information about deviation between the year-end report and annual report\

SpectrumOne AB today publishes its Annual Report for 2025.

The Annual Report differs from the previously published Year-End Report for 2025 due to impairment charges related to the Company's holdings in Eniro Group AB and Azerion Group N.V. Following a review conducted in connection with the preparation of the Annual Report, the investments have been written down to the values at which the shares were subsequently sold during 2026.

The total impairment amounts to SEK 46,1 million
