Subgen AI’s subsidiary Substrate AI admitted to trading on CBOE Europe
Subgen AI AB (“Subgen AI” or the “Company”) announces that shares in its Spanish subsidiary, Substrate Artificial Inteligence S.A. (“Substrate AI”), have been admitted to trading today on Cboe Europe from today under ticker symbol SAIe.
The admission has been initiated by Cboe Europe and is supplementary to Substrate AI’s existing trading on BME Growth in Madrid. The admission is expected to provide investors with an additional venue for trading Substrate AI’s shares and broaden access to Substrate AI among European and international investors.
Substrate AI’s shares will continue to trade on the BME Growth in Madrid. The admission to Cboe Europe does not involve the issuance of new shares in Substrate AI, does not affect Subgen AI’s holding in Substrate AI, and has no impact on Subgen AI's financial position or results. No action is required from shareholders in Substrate AI or in Subgen AI.
