Watch: Swiss Properties Invest CEO Presents Results and Outlook at KapitalForum
Swiss Properties Invest A/S presented at KapitalForum in Copenhagen on 29 October 2026, an investor event organised by Norden CEF with around 150 investors taking part in person and online over the day.
In the presentation, CEO Gert Mortensen takes investors through the company’s development since its listing in 2022, its portfolio of ten commercial properties in Switzerland and its financial results for 2025 and the first half of 2026. He also explains the company’s approach to acquisitions, financing and value creation, and why the Swiss commercial property market continues to attract capital. The presentation ends with questions from the moderator and an audience vote
“When we listed, we deliberately set a conservative target for the return we expected to deliver. We simply aim to under-promise and over-deliver,” says Gert Mortensen in the presentation.

The company will meet investors again in the coming months. Gert Mortensen will present at Aktieinfo’s investor events in Aalborg on 23 November 2026 and in Kolding on 24 November 2026. In addition, Swiss Properties Invest will host two 30-minute online sessions with HC Andersen Capital on 8 December 2026 and 20 January 2027, focusing on the Swiss commercial property market and the company’s portfolio respectively.
