Trophy Games Welcomes Bankinvest as New Institutional Investor

Copenhagen, May 9, 2025 - Trophy Games Development A/S ("Trophy Games") announces that early investor Johnny Laursen (BENJAMIN CAPITAL ApS) has sold the remainder of his shares in Trophy Games, a bit more than 5%, to Bankinvest, marking Bankinvest's entry as the Trophy Games’ second institutional investor.

Johnny Laursen has always been a passive investor in Trophy Games and has never been considered an insider under applicable regulations.

CEO Søren Gleie commented on the transaction:

At the same time, I want to give Johnny a heartfelt thank you for believing in us when we were two naive and inexperienced young founders that presented our idea and vision to him almost 20 years ago. Without his investment, Trophy Games might not have ever materialised."

With this transaction, along with last week’s by ATP, BENJAMIN CAPITAL ApS has completed its exit from Trophy Games, concluding a two-week period during which over 16% of the company’s shares were traded.
