TTS - Exercise of options / sales of shares

300.000 purchase share options are exercised with a share price equal NOK 5.91
as described in statement issued to Oslo Stock Exchange on June 7(th) 2010, in
addition a 150,000 share purchase options exercisable at a price of 9.10 NOK
according to the message sent to Oslo Stock Exchange May
20(th) 2011.Today 180.000 shares have been sold to an average share price equal
NOK 16.80
