TTS - Recorded increase in share capital

TTS continues its arrangement from previous years to offer TTS shares at a discounted price to its employees. A share capital issue is performed towards the employees corresponding to totally 71 736 shares. The new share capital in TTS Group ASA of NOK 37,710,750.50 divided into 75,421,501 shares, has today been registered in the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises. All employees have received an offer to purchase shares for up to NOK 6000,- at a price of NOK 8,20 per share, equivalent to a 20% discount of the average price for week 36 NOK 10,25 per share. 101 employees have all together purchased 71 736 shares.
