Veidekke: Completing Lervig Brygge in Stavanger

Veidekke has been commissioned by Selvaag Bolig to construct Bryggetunet, the
final development phase at Lervig Brygge in Stavanger. The project comprises 68
apartments across three buildings. The contract is a design and build contract
valued at NOK 245 million, excluding VAT.

Brygge. Through the Kanaltunet project, we have gained solid experience both
with the area and through our collaboration with Selvaag, which provides a
strong foundation as we now commence Bryggetunet," says district manager Bendik
Aarstad of Veidekke Bygg Rogaland.
The residential project comprises one- to three-bedroom apartments ranging from
45 to 146 sqm, some over two floors. Residents will have access to shared
facilities, including a common room, bicycle workshop and pram storage. Beneath
the buildings there will be a parking garage with storage units and technical
rooms.

Construction will commence after the summer holidays, with completion scheduled
for autumn 2028.
The contract will be included in Veidekke's order backlog for the second quarter
of 2026.
