October 19, 2026 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd. on 7 October 2026 regarding the serving by Ventura Offshore Midco Ltd. (the "Issuer") of the Call Notice in respect of its existing bond with ISIN NO0013187179.

Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd. hereby announces that the Redemption Condition in the Call Notice has been satisfied, and that the call of the mentioned bond will take place with the settlement date being 22 October 2026.
