Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd – Marketing and operations agreement for Deep Value Driller and contract signature with PETRONAS in Indonesia
September 4, 2026 - Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd (the “Issuer” and the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Eldorado Drilling to provide marketing and operations management services for the Deep Value Driller, a seventh-generation ultra-deepwater drillship. The agreement expands Ventura Offshore’s managed fleet and reinforces the company’s position as a provider of offshore drilling management and commercial services.
In addition, Ventura Offshore has signed a contract with PETRONAS E&P Bobara Sdn. Bhd. The contract has an estimated value of approximately USD 58 million, including provisional sums for additional services, from which Ventura will be entitled to operating fees, and covers a one-well drilling program in Indonesia. The contract further strengthens Ventura Offshore’s presence in Southeast Asia and demonstrates the company’s ability to create value through its integrated commercial and operational management platform.
