ViroGates announces revised financial guidance for 2026

BIRKERØD, DENMARK - ViroGates A/S (“ViroGates” or the “Company”), a medical technology company developing blood tests for measuring chronic inflammation at health clinics and hospitals, announces a revised financial guidance for 2026.

ViroGates now expects full-year revenue between DKK 6.5 and 8 million in 2026 (previously DKK 6 to 7 million), and maintains the previously guided EBIT at DKK -10 and -12 million.

The increase in expected full-year revenue is primarily attributable to ViroGates’ U.S. commercial partner, suPARbio^TM, taking delivery of milestone orders under the distribution agreement. These orders represent a significant volume for suPARbio™ to bring to market, and the next important step will be converting this stock into sales to end consumers.

The guidance also reflects that ViroGates is still transitioning its activities in other markets towards more scalable commercial channels, inducing some uncertainty regarding revenue in H2 2026. Operating costs are affected by staff changes and higher IVDR compliance costs, which will offset most of the contribution effect from the increased revenue.

ViroGates H1 report will be published on 20^th August 2026.
