AS Ferncliff has been merged with Ferncliff TIH AS. Both companies are indirectly 100% owned by board member Øystein Stray Spetalen. As a result of the completion of the merger, 99 225 shares owned by AS Ferncliff in Vistin Pharma ASA, corresponding to 0.22 % ownership, has been transferred from AS Ferncliff to Ferncliff TIH AS.
