2026-09-29 21:17:30
Oslo, 29 September 2026: Vow ASA ("Vow" or the "Company") continues its
constructive discussions with DNB regarding the refinancing of the loan
facilities maturing in August 2027. To ensure adequate time for completing the
process, the parties have agreed to undertake the refinancing in two phases. The
first phase has now been completed, resulting in an extension of the existing
loan facilities to 31 December 2027 and a waiver of certain covenant
requirements as of 30 September 2026. No other changes have been made to the
terms of the facilities. The second phase is expected to be completed during Q4
2026 and will address the longer-term financing structure and related amendments
to the financing agreements, including reviewing covenant structure.
