Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA - Share capital increase from Private Placement registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA
(the "Company") on 6 October 2026 regarding the successful private placement
(the "Private Placement") of 17,145,000 new shares in the Company (the "Offer
Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 168 per Offer Share.
The share capital increase pertaining to the Offer Shares issued in the Private
Placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises.
Following registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the Private
Placement with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the Company has a
share capital of NOK 228,929,967.76 divided into 440,249,938 shares, each with a
nominal value of NOK 0.52.
