Wallenius Wilhelmsen: Clarification on key information related to proposed dividend for H1 2026

at 07:01 CET. The clarification is linked to the split per share in ordinary
dividend and extraordinary dividend. 

As announced in the Q2 2026 results on August 11, 2026, the Board of Directors
of Wallenius Wilhelmsen ASA has declared a total dividend of USD 0.61 per share
for H1 2026, corresponding to 50% of the underlying net profit for the period
plus an extraordinary dividend of USD 100m.

The dividend is split in an ordinary dividend of USD 0.37 based on 50% of the
company's net profit and an extraordinary portion of USD 0.24, totalling USD
0.61 per share. 

The declared dividend will be paid in NOK. The USD/NOK conversion will take
place before payment.
