Xer Tech Holding AB (publ): Xer Tech Holding AB Announces Martin Lidgren's Decision to Step Down from the Board of Directors
Xer Tech Holding AB (publ) announces that Martin Lidgren has informed the Board of Directors of his decision to step down from his position as a member of the Board with immediate effect, following the recent birth of his daughter.
The decision has been made to allow Martin to take parental leave and dedicate more time to his family. The Board of Directors does not currently intend to appoint an immediate replacement for Martin and will continue to operate with its existing members.
Martin has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Xer Tech Holding AB and has contributed to the company's development during an important period of growth and transformation.
