ZAL: Mandatory notification of trade

On 20 August 2026, Kona BidCo AS acquired 559 shares in Zalaris ASA (the
"Company") at a price of NOK 100 per share through market purchases. Following
this, Kona BidCo AS owns a total of 19,335,579 shares in the Company,
representing approximately 87.35% of the issued and outstanding share capital
and voting rights of the Company (88.57% adjusted for the Company's holding of
own Shares). 

Kona BidCo AS is a close associate of Fredrik Gyllenhammar Raaum, chair of the
board of directors in the Company. Please see attached notification form in
accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation. 

This notification is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to article
19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
