ZAL: Mandatory notification of trade

On 17 August 2026, Kona BidCo AS acquired 3,056 shares in Zalaris ASA (the
"Company") at an average price of approximately NOK 99.9084 per share through
market purchases. Following this, Kona BidCo AS owns a total of 19,331,094
shares in the Company, representing approximately 87.33% of the issued and
outstanding share capital and voting rights of the Company (88.56% adjusted for
the Company's holding of own Shares).

Kona BidCo AS is a close associate of Fredrik Gyllenhammar Raaum, chair of the
board of directors in the Company. Please see attached notification form in
accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation. 

This notification is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to article
19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
