Imsys AB, the Swedish microprocessor company and Mindchip, a company with sales and marketing operations, has extended the term of the Letter of Intent (LoI), which was announced on June 9, until July 2, 2021. Business objectives remain unchanged.

The Parties expect to complete an agreement with full terms and conditions within 14 days.
