Endomines AB (publ), Stock Exchange Release 27 August 2021 at 12:15 CEST

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today, on 27 August 2021, approved a supplement (the "Supplement") to the merger prospectus (the "Prospectus") concerning the merger between Endomines AB (publ) ("Endomines") and Endomines Finland ("Endomines Finland") (the "Merger").

As communicated through a press release on 3 June 2021, Endomines' Board of Directors has decided on a re-domiciliation of the parent company from Sweden to Finland through a cross-border down-stream merger. The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved and registered the Supplement to the Prospectus.

The Supplement relates to the half-year interim report disclosed on 19 August 2021, resignation of interim CEO and CFO Marcus Ahlström and issuing of depositary receipts for the Endomines shareholders whose account is registered with Euroclear Sweden in connection with the Merger.

The Supplement will be notified to the competent authority of Sweden in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/1129.

The Supplement, together with the Prospectus, will be available on or about 28 August 2021 in Swedish on Endomines's websit at www.endomines.com/sv/investerare/material/fusion/. The prospectus is also available at the companies' premises on address Ahventie 4 A, 02170, Espoo Finland.
