The intention of enabling advance voting is to minimize the number of people gathered at the AGM, which in turn is aimed at minimizing the risk of spreading Covid-19. Epiroc encourages all shareholders to exercise their voting right through voting in advance, alternatively to use the proxy service provided by Euroclear, instead of participate in person.

A shareholder who wants to utilize the possibility for advance voting should use a specific form that is available here on Epiroc's website (https://www.epirocgroup.com/en/investors/corporate-governance/general-meetings/annual-general-meeting-2020). Instructions on how to vote in advance are included in that form. The filled-out form must be provided to Euroclear no later than Wednesday May 6, 2020. The filled-out and signed form should be sent to GeneralMeetingService@euroclear.eu.
