After three years as a Flowscape customer, a large service company has chosen to extend their installation in a newly renovated Swedish head-office. Flowscape has delivered a room panel solution to the company since 2017 and is now gaining continued trust for another three years. The total order value is SEK 1.5 million over three years with recurring revenues of SEK 250.000 yearly

The customer is a global service company, present in more than 30 countries and with several offices in Sweden. The customer demanded a smart and efficient room booking solution that support employees to find and book rooms efficiently and at the same gives the company valuable occupancy data. The end-users will use Flowscapes market leading tools, such as room booking panels, smart phone app, kiosk screens and Outlook plug-in. The use of occupancy sensors is also crucial to optimise data capturing and bring knowledge on how the company can optimise their office space.
