Kungsleden's existing tenant, 3D Prima, is extending its warehouse and distribution space for 3D printers by approximately 1,300 sq.m. in Dubbelknappen 4. The new tenant, Englog, is moving into more than 6,400 sq.m. in Älvdalen 1 with its third-party logistics and forklift training business.
"Building long-term relationships and inspiring workplaces together with our tenants is important to us. We are grateful for the continued confidence shown in us by 3D Prima, which is more than doubling its floorspace, and we welcome Englog as a new tenant," says Ulrica Sjöswärd, Regional Manager Gothenburg/Malmö at Kungsleden.
"We were in need of larger premises as we are growing our business in the distribution of 3D printer equipment. Considering our long-standing cooperation with Kungsleden, our natural choice was to stay where we are and expand the floor space of our existing premises," says Jacob Mårtensson, CEO of 3D Prima."We needed spacious and flexible premises, where we can conduct our third-party logistics business and also train future forklift operators. Kungsleden was accommodating and responsive during the process and we look forward to moving into our new premises," says Benni Olsson, CEO of Englog.Dubbelknappen 4, with a leasable space of approximately 21,800 sq.m, is thus fully leased. The property is located in Kungsleden's Malmö Fosie cluster. Älvdalen 1 in Ängelholm has leasable space of just over 11,900 sq.m. and has reached an occupancy rate of approximately 55 per cent. The new leases have terms of four years and correspond to an annual rental value of SEK 4.7 million.
