In response to high demand for flexible and sustainable premises, Kungsleden offers turnkey premises within the `3 min' concept, with a particular focus on sustainability. Recently, premises in Kista were leased out to Nagarro Software AB.
"Being responsive to what customers want, daring to try new solutions and contributing to a sustainable society is important to us. Flexibility and speed are strong trends and this is why we have developed the concept 3 min for sustainable, turnkey premises," says Sven Stork, Regional Manager Stockholm at Kungsleden.
Kungsleden focuses on sustainability from both a climate and individual perspective and wants to create inspiring places for people. 80 per cent of the furniture and environmental lighting in the turnkey offices are therefore made from recycled materials.
Kungsleden has three turnkey premises within the 3 min concept where all services and equipment are included in the rent, the notice period is flexible, and the customer can move in the same day the contact is made with Kungsleden. The premises are located in Danderyd, Kista and Stadshagen in Stockholm.
"We already knew that similar concepts worked in Stockholm city. Now we know that there is also demand outside the centre," says Sven Stork.
Kista is Europe's leading ICT cluster where there is a wide variety of organisations - everything from large international businesses to small start ups and leading educational institutions. The area offers a unique environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.
About Kungsleden's office in 3 min
All Kungsleden's turnkey offices have a coffee shop and are divided into three different zones. Lounge denotes the social zone, where there is room for more or less formal meetings, group work or just a coffee with colleagues. Work accommodates the more traditional workplaces with desks in an open planned office. Focus is the silent screened area, with smaller rooms and offers opportunities for closed meetings, focused work and undisturbed phone calls. Read more at www.kungsleden.se/3min.
