Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI) announced on 24 February 2025 a non-discretionary agreement with DNB Markets, a part of DNB Bank ASA for the repurchase of up to 500 000 of its ordinary shares in the market, with the purpose of meeting obligations arising from Multiconsult's employee share saving programme and executive management bonus schemes. As part of this, a portion of the purchased shares has been used to settle the loan under the share loan agreement with its largest shareholder Stiftelsen Multiconsult. On 29 August 2025, it was further announced that the buy-back programme would include the repurchase of up to 1 000 000 of Multiconsult's own shares, with a total value of up to NOK 230 million. This buy-back programme has now been completed as its announced duration has ended.
From 24 November - 28 November 2025, Multiconsult ASA has purchased a total of 22 473 own shares at Oslo Børs at an average price of NOK 160.4631 per share.
