New share issue before the listing
Ahead of the listing at Spotlight Stock Market, Nustay has conducted an oversubscribed new share issue which has provided the company with approx. DKK 21.3 million before issue costs and approx. 1 300 new shareholders. The issue funds will primarily finance marketing of Nustay's hotel booking platform to facilitate the company's continued growth. The new share issue will also to finance other operating expenses, repayment of debt, and also provide a spread in ownership to build a wide base of ambassadors and potential new customers. The total number of shares in Nustay is 18,220,665 shares and the share capital amounts to DKK 728,826.60.
