Ranplan Group AB has today entered into a credit line agreement of up to SEK 30 million, designed to offer scope for further expansion, with Per Lindberg current member of the board and designated interim CEO. Access to this credit line is free of charge and will be available for five (5) years, unless the Company assumes any other form of debt. The credit line will be used only if no other alternative provides either equivalent or better terms and conditions. In the event of draw-downs on this facility, interest will be charged at a rate of 1% per month (only on the amount actually used). This agreement has been approved by the Board of Directors without Per Lindberg's participation.
