Mytaste Group's Board, in consultation with current CEO of Andereas Friis, has decided to initiate the process of recruiting a new CEO. The purpose of recruiting a new CEO is to improve the company's prospects of becoming a leading global group in performance-based marketing. Andereas Friis will continue to work within Group Management in a new key role.
As CEO, Co-Founder and a major shareholder of the company, Andereas Friis has led the Group's successful strategy transformation on an operational level towards performance-based marketing. When the next phase of the Group's transformation now begins, with Optimizer Invest as the new principal owner and with a strengthened financial position, the Board together with Andereas Friis has taken the initiative for this CEO change. More expertise and other experiences are now needed, primarily focused on building a scalable organization which can handle considerably more acquisitions and an increased number of employees.
Mytaste Group 's strategy is to build up the portfolio of products within performance-based marketing through continued strong organic growth combined with geographical expansion and a well-functioning acquisition strategy, but at an ever-increasing rate and on a larger scale than before.
"Mytaste is on the battlefield to take new steps on our growth journey. I, together with the board, have concluded that we have come to the right time for a new CEO to take over with experience of having built companies of the size I have not yet done", says Andereas Friis, CEO of Mytaste Group.
Andereas Friis will lead the Group until a new CEO is appointed. Andereas Friis will furthermore, during a transitional period, serve as an advisor to the company's new CEO and after that transition to work in a new key role within Group management.
