As part of the agreement Zalaris will consolidate Telefónica Deutschland / O2's two SAP payroll solutions to Zalaris' SAP powered PeopleHub concept with the goal of maximising quality and efficiency through automation and digital workflows. The solution will be integrated with Telefónica Deutschland / O2's SAP SuccessFactors based global HR system with a production start date in January 2022.

Telefónica's employees and managers will receive a comprehensive suite of payroll outsourcing services from Zalaris' Leipzig based service center.
Reuse of trusted SAP Payroll/Time on-premise solutions with Mobile App enabled processes and automation technologies in the Zalaris Cloud.
 
Zalaris' cloud based transformational Payroll and HR approach supports customers consolidating multiple solutions into one cloud-based system in a timely and cost-effective manner.
