Zutec Holding AB (publ) (the "Company") has today decided to utilize EUR 300,000 of the EUR 1 million facility agreement with Athanase that was approved at the Annual General Meeting on November 14, 2019 (for reference, see Bulletins from the Annual General Meeting). This is the second drawdown made under the facility agreement.
Under the terms and conditions of the facility agreement, the loan carries a fixed interest rate of 12 per cent and shall be repaid no later than 30 November 2021.
