Canopy Holdings AS (the "Company") today announces that Group CEO Bent Grøver will leave the Company on 1 April 2022. Bent Grøver assumed the role of Group CEO on 22 February 2021. Prior to this he served for several years as Chair and member of the Board of Directors of the Company. CFO Ivar Blekastad has been appointed to the role of acting CEO effective as of 1 April 2022.
