Board members, executive management and founders of Monsenso A/S have decided to extend the lock-up period for their shares. In total, the agreement covers more than 1/3 of the company's share capital and votes.
"The board of directors, executive management and founders have no plans to sell shares now", says CEO Thomas Lethenborg. "We all see a significant long-term potential in Monsenso and in the growing digital mental health market, and we will continue to support releasing that potential.”
The lock-up agreement means that the parties have committed to keep their shares in the company until January 14, 2022, after which the number of shares locked-up are reduced by 10 per cent every month until October 15, 2022, when all shares will be released.
