Share capital increase by monetary contribution related to exercise of share options by employees to subscribe for 16,406 shares and resolution to increase the share capital dated 15 December 2022 has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The share options are exercised in accordance with the terms of the employee stock option plan.

Following the issuance of the new shares, the share capital of Aprila Bank ASA is NOK 61,828,652 divided into 61,828,652 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1 and representing one vote at the Company's general meetings.
