Reference is made to the companys announcement 18 March 2025 regarding the completion of a private placement of 20,000,000 new shares.

The share capital increase pertaining to the private placement has been registered at the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and the new shares have been issued. The new registered share capital of the company is NOK 19,000,000 comprising 190,000,000 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.
