(Oslo, Norway, 21 December 2021) Arribatec Group ASA (Arribatec, OSE: ARR) today
announces the appointment of Geir Johansen as Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
effective 1 January 2022, while Per Ronny Stav will take up the position as
Chief Commercial Officer to drive the international expansion strategy.

international growth strategy to leverage on the platform we have built during
2021. Geir brings significant experience from a range of listed international
companies and will be in charge of leading the company through this important
growth and development phase.
Per Ronny, with his solid track record in leading international expansion, will
take up the position as Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, Per Ronny will
focus on international revenue growth and large customer acquisitions, which
will contribute towards our ambitious growth targets for 2022 and beyond, " says

Geir Johansen has been appointed CEO of Arribatec, effective 1 January, and
comes from the position as CFO of Arribatec. Bente Brocks, currently Group Chief
Accountant of the Arribatec Group will take the position as interim CFO.
Johansen has served as CEO in DLTx ASA, as CFO in Axactor AB and has held the
CFO position at Fred. OIsen Ocean. Over the latest 20 years, Johansen has also
served as CFO in DOF Subsea, S.D. Standard Drilling and served as chairman of
Arribatec AS prior to the listing of the company. Johansen holds a master's
degree in International Economics from the BI Norwegian Business School.

Per Ronny Stav will take up the role as Chief Commercial Officer effective 1
January 2022. Stav comes from the position as CEO of Arribatec and also served
as Managing Director of Unit4 Denmark prior to co-founding Arribatec.

in revenue, and built a unique platform of solutions- and services. With our new
strategy well anchored and ready for launch, I should channel my strengths and
experience to the best for the company. As CCO, I will focus entirely on

this new role. With a global sales team counting more than 25 people
representing our five defined business areas, focus and dedication are vital to
