Oslo, Norway - 28 March 2019 - Cxense ASA (OSE: CXENSE), the data management and
intelligent personalization company that drives revenues for publishers and
brands, today announced that Shueisha Publishing Co., Ltd. (Shueisha), one of
Japan's leading publishers, is expanding its use of Cxense solutions, including
DMP and Conversion Engine.

With the expanded agreement, Shueisha will use the entire suite of Cxense
products. The publisher will leverage Cxense DMP to drive advertising revenues
with rich user profiles and high-value socio-demographic and interest segments,
and Conversion Engine to boost their membership programs and future digital
subscriptions with personalized customer journeys.

Shueisha's publications encompass a wide range of subjects and genres, from
manga and entertainment magazines to literature, art, children's and reference
books. Since its inception in 1926, Shueisha's goal has been to accommodate the
ever-changing needs of the modern reader. To meet this challenge, Shueisha aims
to strengthen its digital publishing business and grow its international
