Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG) has granted 1,500,000 options to key
employees. The exercise price is NOK 15.00 per share, and the options are
exercisable with 20% after 1 January 2022, 30% after 1 January 2023 and 50%
after 1 January 2024. All options expires on 31 December 2026 and are
conditional upon employment at time of exercise.
