HAFNIA LIMITED: Publication of prospectus and transfer of listing to the Oslo
Stock Exchange

29 April 2020 

Reference is made to the announcement on 23 April 2020, whereby Hafnia Limited
("Hafnia" or the "Company") announced its application for admission to trading
on the Oslo Stock Exchange by a transfer of the Company's current listing on
Oslo Axess to the Oslo Stock Exchange (the "Listing"). 

As announced by Oslo Børs on 28 April 2020, the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs
has approved the Company's application for listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
The first day of trading of the shares in the Company (the "Shares") on the Oslo
Stock Exchange is expected to be on 30 April 2020. Consequently, the last day of
trading of the Shares on Oslo Axess is expected to be today, 29 April 2020.

The Company has prepared a prospectus for the listing of the Shares on the Oslo
Stock Exchange (the "Prospectus"), and the Prospectus has been approved by the
Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority. The Prospectus is available at

the Prospectus may be obtained free of charge at the Hafnia's offices at
Mapletree Business City, #18-01, 10 Pasir Panjang Road, 117438, Singapore
