Document") has been prepared by Höegh Autoliners ASA (the "Company") solely for
the use in connection with the admission to trading of all its shares on
Euronext Growth Oslo ("Euronext Growth"). The first day of trading in the
Company's shares on Euronext Growth is expected to be 29 November 2021.

Euronext Growth advisors to the Company in connection with the admission to
trading of the Company's shares on Euronext Growth. Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS

acted as legal counsel to the Euronext Growth advisors.
