SANDNES, Norway - 29 September 2022 - Reference is made to the approval by the
Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2022 to authorize the Board of Horisont Energi
(EURONEXT: HRGI) to issue new shares to employees under a long-term incentive
program. The Board has resolved to grant share options to certain employees of
the Company. A total of 83,500 share options in the Company have been
distribution amongst a total of 9 employees. 
 
Each option, when exercised, carries the right to acquire one share in the
Company, giving employees the right to acquire up to 83,500 shares, equal to
approximately 0.37% of the shares currently issued. The options are granted
without consideration. 

The options are subject to individual vesting schedules. 63,500 options vest 18
months after the start of the applicable vesting period, and 20,000 options vest
24 months after the start of the applicable vesting period. The exercise price
for the remaining options have been determined applying a base price typically
based upon the closing price of the Company's shares on Euronext Growth (Oslo)
on the date of the start of employment, which is multiplied by a factor of 1.5
and 2 for options vesting 18 and 24 months after the grant date, respectively.
The base price for these options prior to multiplying with a factor varies
between NOK 51.20 and 78.90.
Of the 83,500 options, 63,500 options will vest in 2023, and 20,000 will vest in
2024. The exercise period of the options are 24 months.
