SANDNES, Norway - 7 January 2022 - Reference is made to the approval by the
Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2021 to authorize the Board of Horisont Energi
(EURONEXT: HRGI) to issue new shares to employees under a long-term incentive
program. The Board has resolved to grant share options to certain employees of
the Company. A total of 340,000 share options in the Company have been either
reserved for later distribution or have been distributed amongst a total of 11
employees. 
 
Each option, when exercised, carries the right to acquire one share in the
Company, giving employees the right to acquire up to 340,000 shares, equal to
approximately 2.15% of the shares currently issued. The options are granted
without consideration. 

For 60,000 of the options, the exercise price is NOK 25 with a vesting period of
30 months after the day of the grant (end of 2023), provided the option holder
is still an employee of the Company. The exercise price has been set based on
the price per share at the time of signed employment agreement, beginning of
2021.

The remaining 280,000 options are subject to individual vesting schedules.
