SANDNES, Norway - 16 February 2022 - Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcements published on 9 February 2022 by Horisont Energi AS ("Horisont" or
the "Company") regarding the issuance of 769,230 new shares in the Company at
completion of the Subsequent Offering.  

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 223,259.80
divided into 22,325,980 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.
