SANDNES, Norway - 12 January 2022 - Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement published on 12 January 2022 by Horisont Energi AS (the "Company")
announcing the conditional agreement to carry out a private placement of new
shares in the Company, raising gross proceeds of approx. NOK 371 million (the
"Private Placement"), and that subject to the completion of such Private
Placement, the Company will conduct a subsequent offering of 769,230 new shares
with non-tradable subscription rights directed towards eligible shareholders,
raising NOK 50 million. The subsequent offering is fully underwritten by certain
shareholders.
