NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION OR RELEASE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN OR INTO THE UNITED STATES OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE DISTRIBUTION OR RELEASE WOULD BE UNLAWFUL With reference to the final result of the Rights Issue in Infront ASA (the "Company") which was announced 24 June 2019, the following primary insiders, including their close associates, have been allocated shares in the Company at the subscription price of NOK 14.00 in accordance with allocation principles set out in the prospectus dated 6 June 2019: Lindeman AS, 100% owned by Morten Lindeman, co-founder and CIO, has been allocated 1,633,333 shares based on subscription rights allocated to Lindeman AS. Following the issuance of the new shares in the Rights Issue, Lindeman AS will own 6,000,000 shares in the Company, representing 13.85% of the shares. Nesbak AS, 100% owned by Kristian Nesbak, co-founder and CEO, has been allocated 1,106,666 shares based on subscription rights allocated to Nesbak AS. Following the issuance of the new shares in the Rights Issue, Nesbak AS will own 5,340,000 shares in the Company, representing 12.32% of the shares. FLKX Capital AS, 100% owned by Max Hofer, CFO, has been allocated 66,666 shares based on subscription rights allocated to FLKX Capital AS. Following the issuance of the new shares in the Rights Issue, FLKX Capital AS will own 166,666 shares in the Company, representing 0.38% of the shares. Gujac Holding AS, 100% owned by Gunnar Jacobsen, Chairman of the Board, has been allocated 28,985 shares based on subscription rights allocated to Gujac Holding AS. Following the issuance of the new shares in the Rights Issue, Gujac Holding AS will own 72,463 shares in the Company, representing 0.17% of the shares. Bergsjo AS, 100% owned by Beate Skjerven Nygårdshaug, member of the Board of Directors, has been allocated 2,944 shares based on subscription rights allocated to Bergsjo AS. Following the issuance of the new shares in the Rights Issue, Bergsjo AS will own 7,291 shares in the Company, representing 0.02% of the shares. Mark Ivin, board member, has been allocated 7,364 shares based on subscription rights allocated to Mark Ivin. Following the issuance of the new shares in the Rights Issue, Mark Ivin will own 18,233 shares in the Company, representing 0.04% of the shares. Torun Reinhammar, member of the Board of Directors, has been allocated 384 shares based on subscription rights allocated to Torun Reinhammar. Following the issuance of the new shares in the Rights Issue, Torun Reinhammar will own 834 shares in the Company, representing 0.00% of the shares. Joachim Rosli, Head of Sales, has been allocated 6,666 shares based on subscription rights allocated to Joachim Rosli. Following the issuance of the new shares in the Rights Issue, Joachim Rosli will own 16,666 shares in the Company, representing 0.04% of the shares. Dong Wu, DevOps Engineer, has been allocated 999 shares based on subscription rights allocated to Dong Wu. Following the issuance of the new shares in the Rights Issue, Dong Wu will own 2,474 shares in the Company, representing 0.01% of the shares. Lu Yu, Group Head of Controlling, has been allocated 4,202 shares based on subscription rights allocated to Lu Yu. Following the issuance of the new shares in the Rights Issue, Lu Yu will own 9,202 shares in the Company, representing 0.02% of the shares.
