On 15 May 2019, Infront ASA (the "Company") issued a EUR 105,000,000 senior
secured callable open bond issue with maturity on 15 May 2023 (the "Bond"). 

The Company has prepared a prospectus in connection with the listing of the Bond
on Oslo Børs (the "Prospectus"), which was approved by the Financial Authority
of Norway 7 November 2019. The Prospectus is available at the Company's website:
