Integrated Wind Solutions AS ("IWS") is pleased to announce the acquisition of
30% ownership in PEAK Wind A/S ("PEAK Wind"). PEAK Wind is a leading independent
provider of operations and asset management advisory and services for offshore
wind globally. In addition, PEAK Wind delivers consultancy services and data
analytics to a broad specter of renewables clients. 

"We see an increased demand for independent operation and asset management
services to offshore wind farms, and the position PEAK Wind has achieved since
its inception in 2017 is impressive. We found this opportunity perfect to
further accelerate our growth prospects in line with our strategy of offering a
broad range of services to the renewable wind industry," says Lars-Henrik Røren,
CEO of Integrated Wind Solutions AS. 

PEAK Wind is headquartered in Denmark and has a global footprint with offices
and operations in Taiwan, USA, and Europe. 

In 2021, PEAK Wind anticipates a turnover of about DKK 85-90 million and future
growth is expected to exceed industry growth, estimated to be more than 20%-25%
per year. Integrated Wind Solutions acquires 30% of PEAK Wind from the three
co-founders of the company at a total price of DKK 90 million. The co-founders
will retain 70% ownership. IWS will be represented with two out of five seats on
the Board of Directors, while management and the organization remain unchanged.
Closing of the transaction is expected within September 2021. Furthermore, IWS
has an option to increase its ownership to 49% within three years at a
pre-agreed fixed price from this initial transaction.
