Reference is made to the announcements made February 24 and March 9, 2021
regarding proposed new board members of Kalera AS ("Kalera" or the "Company").
An extraordinary general meeting in the Company will be held on April 8, 2021 at
10:00 CEST, at the Company's offices in Tjuvholmen Allé 19, Oslo, to approve
amendments to the Company's articles of association, changes to the composition
of the board of directors and authorisation to the board of directors to
increase the share capital.
