Komplett Bank and Modhi Finance have entered into a forward flow agreement for
the sale of non-performing credit card loans in Norway. The agreement has a
duration of 12 months from August 2021. According to the agreement, Modhi will
acquire 100% of new defaulted balances during the period.
The forward flow agreement will have no material impact on Komplett Bank's loan
loss provisions.
