20 May 2020 - Shares awarded to employees under the variable pay programme 2017.
Kværner ASA has awarded 515 412 shares to employees at a price of NOK 5.58 per
share under the variable pay programme 2017. The share price was calculated 30
April 2018 as set out in the Statement of executive remuneration approved by the
Annual General Meeting 2018. Please see attachment for details of about the
number of shares awarded to primary insiders. After the share allocation,
Kværner ASA holds 578 365 own shares.
